Pisces Horoscope for December 2017

This is a pivotal month for you, Pisces, when you are experiencing changes in your prospective outlook, regarding where you intend to put your greatest energy, and to what end. The Mercury Retrograde period of time that is initiated on December 3rd in your sector of home and family, reflecting your psyche’s core issues, is an indication that you are searching for better answers to questions about career and public statement. There is a great shift taking place, perhaps only to be ultimately acknowledged in the month and year to follow, whereby you recognize more fully the power of your own inner world and your deep intention to act on this knowledge as you plan and grow. Your commitment is immense to this important task, which supercedes the ordinary and the ego-driven in order that you may emerge into the greater light of wholeness, together with deeds that support this more total integration of Self.

This month is a truly magical one for you Pisceans out there. It begins with Jupiter in Scorpio in your ninth house making a trine to Neptune in Pisces in your first house. While this is happening, Mars in Libra in your eighth house will be making an opposition to Uranus in Aries in your second house, and Mercury will be conjoining Saturn in Sagittarius in your tenth house, just as it turns retrograde. Each of these transits take place at the beginning of the month, toning the entire month. Let’s take a look at each of these transits in depth.
Jupiter in Scorpio in your ninth house is making a trine to Neptune in Pisces in your first house. The ninth house is the house of religion, spirituality, beliefs, long journeys, the law, and higher education, and the first house is the house of the self, health, new beginnings, and character. Here’s what to watch for:

Inspiration, faith, compassion
Good luck
A spiritual journey, possibly to a distant place
A renewal of your faith and hope in yourself or the future
The themes of education, learning, higher education, or spiritual growth
Personal health and spiritual healing
Birth
A brand-new beginning, the aura of newness
Fantasy and self-image
Becoming a medium or channel for a higher truth
Dreams, omens, and signs
Prophetic intuition
Finding your path again after a period of confusion
Finding a spiritual guide, mentor, or teacher

While this is happening, Mars in Libra in your eighth house will be making an opposition to Uranus in Aries in your second house. The second house is traditionally the house of money, finances, resources, diet, appetite, earning power or potential, possessions or things that a person might own or be in possession of, and the eighth house is the house of other people’s money and resources, death, anxiety, fear, worry about the future, penalties or loss (often from overdoing something), and taboo. Here’s what to watch for:

Financial challenges and possibly advancement
Unexpected expenses or windfalls
Better earning power
Being released from a debt or potentially incurring debt unexpectedly
Challenges between what is “mine” and what is “yours” and what is shared
Desire and the role it plays in what you can live with and what you can’t live without
Being more aggressive at work
Theft, borrowing, debt, loans, and financial karma in genereal
Making a risky or bold investment
A Charity, donating or contributing to causes, using your resources to help others, donating, etc.
Issues with a partner’s job or income
Rapid or sudden changes to your entire financial situation or the finances of a partner
Inventing new ways to earn money

Finally, Mercury will be conjoining Saturn in Sagittarius in your tenth house, just as it turns retrograde at the start of the month. The tenth house is the house of career, reputation, authority, rank, honor, achievement, calling, and fame. Here is what to watch for:

Professional growth
Increased workload, responsibility, or authority
A transformation of values related to the work place
Ethics, beliefs, philosophy and work or career
A change of technology or travel related to work
Philosophical debate in the work place
A confrontation with an authority figure
People disputing your authority
The resigning, retiring, death, or transition of people in power
A change of public relations strategy
Concerns about public reputation
Convictions and passionate debate in your career
Special projects, writing, media, speech, technology
A voice from the past
Messages, messengers, gossip, news, and information at work
Refining your public image
Career changes, retirement, demotion or taking on less or cutting back hours
How much your beliefs should or shouldn’t show up in what you do for a living

This month looks to be an incredibly personal month for Pisceans, though the ties between your personal faith and personal changes and your public or professional life should be very interesting.
