This is an interesting time for you, Capricorn, as it is for all humanity these days. Major changes in your self-concept that stem from before the beginning of the year continue into the present month, accelerating, and will move through yet another grand peak by mid-November before they complete. In practical terms, this just means that you benefit by taking an optimistic view of whatever may be transpiring, choosing to regard your life at present as a giant adventure, and remaining prepared for further and more profound revelations. Your values, too, are shifting, along with your creative self-expression, which is fanning out in a number of simultaneous directions, as you add new colors to your artistic palette. Even your old and outworn habit patterns, based on ancient wounding, become a springboard for further self-exploration. Your outer world manifestation becomes, with meditative introspection, a form of sacred calling where your private life shows up more fully as concerns for the simply material morph and shift to new configurations, shining with inner beauty.

The world might have come to a halt but it hasn’t stopped you from feeling a flow of inspired and creative current. Taurus season is a very fertile time for Capricorn and this year is no exception. You are full of ideas and busy with tasks, projects, and missions. Artistic and romantic matters feel more pleasurable than usual, and you could also be busy envisioning a few business ideas. Your enterprising spirit is not phased by the current circumstances. Mercury conjunct Uranus in Taurus at the beginning of May brings a creative peak or the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone while having fun. Uranus is connected with sudden insights, original ideas, discoveries and breakthroughs. Lucky for you, Uranus is currently transiting in a fellow Earth sign which means its influence is more supportive than disruptive. Things fall apart so better things can fall together has never rang so true.
Right from the beginning of May, Venus in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces. This is an aspect that will be more or less exact all month. For Capricorns, it could indicate a period of organizational chaos as you try to streamline your routine with the new circumstances. With a little bit more time on your hand you might want to integrate healthier habits and physical exercise to your routine. It could be that you need to find ways to structure your days in ways that are both productive, and pleasant. Doing what you love has been a big theme for you in the recent years, and you are now presented with the opportunities and time to do so.
The Full Moon in Scorpio on May 7th brings to light your friendships and your community. This could also link back to your career in some ways, highlighting your finances. If things have been on hold for you, this Full Moon could bring a clarifying influence. You will start to see where things are heading which in turn helps you make the proper financial adjustments.
Your ruling planet Saturn stations retrograde in Aquarius late evening on May 10th, and will slowly make its way back into your sign by the month of July. Mercury enters Gemini on the next day joining Venus, who stations retrograde late evening of May 12th while Mars enters Pisces the next day. You could be called upon to revise the structures of a lucrative project before you get the green light, or there could be some project requiring structural issues to be revised before it is a totally solid plan.
Jupiter in Capricorn stations retrograde on May 14th, for a total of three planets now moving backward. A considerable shift in the month is therefore occurring as we arrive at the Last Quarter Moon in Aquarius on May 14th. For Capricorns, the tension will mostly be felt in connection with financial or logistical issues. However, Mars now transiting in Pisces brings considerable backup to help you get through your choirs. You might need to revisit old issues during the second half of May or be confronted with something you thought was over. Keep in mind that revisiting an old scenario might actually fuel your desire for more autonomy, and propel you forward. With Jupiter transiting in your sign all year you have a valid need for expansion and to move beyond your own stifling limitations. You might not feel like things are progressing fast enough but this ongoing process will leave lasting results. Anything that tests your resolve during this time will serve as a stepping stone in the accomplishments of your goals. This is something you know very well. Keep your vision in mind while you retrace your step.
The Sun enters Gemini on May 20th signalizing a busy time for you, especially by the end of the week.
The New Moon in Gemini on Friday, May 22nd is a time of inception in connection with work, routine, and your well being. You could have a very ambitious to-do list at the moment, juggling a lot of various tasks and responsibilities. This should not feel unpleasant but the New Moon in Gemini is your cue to assess your situation before it gets out of hand. Mindfulness practice will go a long way in bringing you clarity in the next few weeks. The square between Venus in Gemini now moving retrograde and Neptune in Pisces is exact a second time at the end of the month. Mars in Pisces sextiles Uranus in Taurus on May 24th-25th which could increase exchange with others, and bring in lots of interesting discussion.
